A family affair
Château Puy-Razac has been a family estate for 4 generations. From the outset, our aim has been to work hard to produce a red wine that we are proud to share with family and friends.
Our vineyard
Lying on 7 hectares in a single block, with atypical grape variety (55% merlot | 45% cabernet franc), our vineyard flourishes on a magnificent sandy-clay soil at the foot of the Pavie hillside, south of the Saint-Emilion village.
Winemaking
At Château Puy-Razac, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru since 1945, our philosophy is clear: respect for our terroir and the fruits of our vines, thanks to a sustainable viticulture and a controlled and high-quality winemaking, right up to bottling.
Our wine
Each vintage of Château Puy-Razac is obtained by “assemblage”: the art of selecting the wines that will be blended to obtain the final cuvée, the one that will display the elegance, finesse and freshness characteristic of our Saint-Émilion Grand Cru.
